  • What if a product I want isn't in stock?

      You can pre-order any of our products that are not currently in stock. The timeframe for pre-orders is different for each product, it can vary from 5 days to 12 weeks. The timeframe for your particular product will be made available at checkout.

  • Where are Winders & Wonders products manufactured?

      Our products are manufactured in Italy and Switzerland, using quality Italian materials and Swiss made mechanisms. You can find all of the information relevant to each product on the product page under the specifications tab.

  • Can I personalise a Winders & Wonders product?

      We do offer personalisation on specific products, please contact our friendly team to discuss personalisation and lead times. Please note, personalised products are special order and non-refundable.


  • Is it possible to buy Winders & Wonders spare parts?

      It is possible to purchase spare parts, please contact our friendly team at info@windersandwonders.com.au to enquire about spare parts.

  • What do the operation modes on the SwissKubiK application mean?

      Independent: the selected winder will operate independently of all the other winders in the unit, its setting will be solely applied to itself.

      Master Asynchrone: the selected winder's settings will be applied to all other winders in the unit, it will serve as the "Master" control and all other "Slave" winders will replicate its settings, however when the master starts after pausing it will not wait for the slaves to restart, meaning each winder will turn at his own pace.

      Master Synchrone: the selected winder's settings will be applied to all other winders in the unit, it will serve as the "Master" control and all other "Slave" winders will replicate its settings, when the master starts after pausing it will wait for the slaves to restart, meaning each winder will turn in unison.

      Slave Asynchrone: the selected winder's settings will be replicated from the "Master" winder's settings, however when the master starts after pausing it will not wait for the slaves to restart, meaning each winder will turn at his own pace.

      Slave Synchrone: the selected winder's settings will be replicated from the "Master" winder's settings, when the master starts after pausing it will wait for the slaves to restart, meaning each winder will turn in unison.

  • How do I find product dimensions and weight?

      Product dimensions and weight can be found on each product under the "Specifications" tab.

  • How do I make sure my watch will fit in this product?

      If you are unsure if your precious timepeice will fit in our products, please email our friendly and helpful team at info@windersandwonders.com.au and we can help you with product queries and finding the right product for you and your precious timepeice.

  • What happens if there is a product recall?

      If there is a recall on a product that you have purchased, our team will be in touch with you to advise you of such recall.

  • How long does the battery last in your watch winders?

      Our battery operated Winders have a 3 year life!!

  • My battery has run out, can I order a replacement?

      Our battery operated Winders have a 3 year life!! Once your battery has run out and you notice your watch winder slowing down, simply email our friendly team at info@windersandwonders.com.au requesting a new battery and we can order one for you. Please make sure to note your order number or serial number in the email so we can ensure you order the correct battery.

  • Are the power adapters for your winders suitable to Australian outlets?

      Our power-adaptive watch winders are included with Australian power adapters. If you are order outside of Australia, please contact our friendly team at info@windersandwonders.com.au and we can confirm if we have power adapters to suit your outlets.

    Do we price match?

      Yes we are happy to price match any price from an Australian authorised retailer. Product must be like-for-like.

  • Do we offer promotions and/or discounts?

      From time to time Winders and Wonders may have a special promotion or discount offer, however these promotions/offers occur at sporadic intervals and are limited to the time-period specified. If there is a promotion/offer applicable to an item you are purchasing, it will be calculated at checkout.

  • Do we offer a loyalty program?

      Yes, by purchasing a product and registering for a Winders and Wonders account at checkout you automatically go into our loyalty program. We offer special promotions and prizes throughout the year. Be sure to use the same account for all your purchases, as the more you purchase the higher the chance of winning a prize.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept all major credit cards or direct bank transfer. Any orders processed through our website must be paid through our online terminal at check out. If you would like to pay for an order via direct bank transfer, please contact us directly with your order details and we will send you an invoice.

  • Exchanges and Returns

    What is your returns policy?

      We pride ourselves on our long-standing reputation of selling high quality products with a friendly service. At Winders and Wonders, we stand by every product we sell and carefully inspect and pack every item that leaves our warehouse to ensure that we exceed your expectations. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below.

      Return of Orders

      We will replace or refund any full priced item(s) which arrive at their destination damaged or faulty, however, we do not process refunds or make exchanges based on incorrect choice or change of mind. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we must be notified via email at info@windersandwonders.com.au within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for otherwise we will be unable to process your claim. Before the refund can be processed, we will request images of the damage. Please note that original delivery charges are not refundable.

      We require that the damaged or faulty item(s) be returned to us for inspection, we will pay for the delivery cost. The item(s) must be returned in original condition (including its packaging) and an explanation given with a copy of the tax invoice before the refund can be processed. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery.

      Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. We do not offer online credits.

  • My product arrived damaged or faulty, what do I do?

      How to return your orders:

      In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, we must be notified via email at info@winderandwonders.com.au within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for, otherwise we will be unable to process your claim. We will require images of the damage or fault.

      Once your returns request has been approved by our online team, please box up the products and include a copy of your tax invoice. We will email you a prepaid returns label. Please print this out and attach it to the outside of the box, you can then take it to your local Australia Post service who will scan it in.

      All returns will be sent back to our Sydney warehouse.

      Winders and Wonders takes no responsibility in the event of the item(s) failing to reach us.

  • What do I do if my product is faulty?

      If you believe your product is faulty/deffective, please lodge a WARRANTY REQUEST through the contact form on our website https://windersandwonders.com.au/pages/contact or email us directly at service@windersandwonders.com.au and someone from our friendly team will be in touch.

  • Do you refund personalised or bespoke products?

      We do not offer exchanges or refunds for personalised products. We only offer refunds if goods are proven to be defective, please refer to our returns policy to find out more information.

  • Shipping

  • Do we ship overseas?

      Yes we are able to ship your order overseas, however you must make a special request for a quotation. Shipping costs for overseas orders are in addition to the retail cost of the product. All importation costs including insurance, duties, taxes, etc are the sole responsibility and liability of the purchaser/receiver.

  • Where don't we ship?

      We do not ship to military compounds, restricted areas or hotels. More accurate shipping information will be available on checkout.

  • Do we reimburse return shipping costs?

      We do not reimburse return shipping costs in the event of a returned item.

  • Do you Offer Refund & Exchanges?

      We do not offer exchanges or refunds for personalised products. We only offer refunds if goods are proven to be defective, please refer to our returns policy to find out more information.

      If your tracking information states that your order was delivered, but you did not receive your order, please contact our team at info@windersandwonders.com.au immediately. Please provide your order number and tracking details.

      We do not offer click & collect.

  • Do you offer express shipping?

  • Is my order eligible for free shipping?

      Orders above $1,000 are eligible for free standard shipping within Australia.

  • What are delivery times and costs?

      For orders under $1,000 we offer a flat shipping fee of $25 for standard delivery.

  • Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

      Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes in Australia.

  • How do I track the delivery of my order?

      Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the process of your delivery.

    How long is the warranty on our products?

      You can find the warranty information for each product on the products page under the "specifications" tab.

  • Is the product warranty international?

      Yes the warranty on all Winders and Wonders products is international and is not restricted by geographic location.

  • How do I make a warranty claim?

      You can make a warranty claim through your "my account" portal. Simply log into your account, review your order history, select the product you would like to make a claim, click the warranty claim button and complete the claim form. Our office will then be in contact with more information once your claim has been registered and reviewed.

  • ORDERS

    Can I change or update my online order once it's been placed?

      Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed and paid we are unable to amend any orders. If you would like to add another product to your order, simply place another online order. If your first order has not been packed and shipped, we will do our best to amalgamate orders and ship them together.

  • How do I know that my order placed online has been received?

      Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from Winders and Wonders with your order details.

  • How long will my order take to ship out?

      Once we have received an order our team try to work quickly to have the order packed and posted to you. Our standard turn around time is usually 1 business day, unless we are in peak season, then please allow a little longer.

  • I've put the wrong address on my order, what can I do?
